Job description

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Manage recruitment and onboarding processes, including job postings, interviews, and staff orientation - Oversee employee records, contracts, confirmations, promotions, and exits - Implement and enforce HR policies, procedures, and workplace standards - Support performance management processes, appraisals, and disciplinary procedures - Handle employee relations issues and provide guidance to management and staff - Coordinate training, staff development, and capacity-building initiatives - Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal HR policies - Support payroll coordination, leave management, and attendance tracking - Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with Reftop Homes’ values Required Skills & Competencies - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field - 2–5 years experience in an HR generalist role (real estate or corporate environment is an advantage) - Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - High level of discretion and confidentiality - Strong organizational and documentation skills - Ability to manage multiple tasks and work with minimal supervision - Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems Work Requirements: - On-site role based in Sangotedo, Lagos - Ability to work closely with management and cross-functional teams.
