Job Summary
We are seeking two qualified Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) to align HR strategies with business goals by partnering with leadership on talent management, organisational development, employee relations, and performance. This role bridges HR functions with operational needs to drive business success.
This position requires strong business acumen alongside HR expertise, with responsibilities including workforce planning, succession planning, coaching managers, resolving complex issues, analysing HR metrics, and fostering a high-performance culture.
Location
Ogijo, Ogun State, Nigeria
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and succession planning
- Handle complex employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and maintain positive work environments
- Drive organisational change, improve work relationships, and build organisational capability
- Advise managers on HR policies, risk mitigation, and leadership development
- Analyse HR metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decisions
- Partner with leadership to translate business objectives into people strategies
- Monitor attendance of contract workers through biometric systems and resolve related issues
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc degree in Economics or Social Sciences
- 5-7 years of experience in HR operations
Essential Skills
- Strong understanding of business functions, market trends, and financial impacts
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills
- Deep knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, and best practices
Salary
N300,000 - N450,000 per month
