## Title: Human Resources Assistant
Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Assistant to support our Human Resources team and contribute to the smooth and efficient running of HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support across core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation
- Assist with posting job vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating recruitment activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (both physical and electronic)
- Support payroll preparation by collating attendance and relevant HR data
- Assist with onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Support implementation of HR policies, procedures, and employee welfare initiatives
- Respond to employee inquiries and escalate issues appropriately
- Assist in preparing HR reports and documentation as required
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with company policies and labour regulations
- Perform other HR or administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 – 2 years of experience in HR or a related field
- Basic knowledge of HR processes, policies, and Nigerian labour laws
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
- Proactive and reliable with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
