## Title: Human Resources & Accounts Manager

About the Role

We're looking for an organised, proactive, and strategic Human Resources & Accounts Manager to join our dynamic team.

This hybrid role combines people management with financial accountability — ideal for someone who's great at building systems, loves structure, and enjoys supporting both people and numbers.

You'll manage HR operations, recruitment, and company culture while also handling bookkeeping, budgets, and compliance. The perfect candidate is someone who thrives in a creative environment but can also bring order, accountability, and structure to a growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources

  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle — from recruitment and onboarding to performance reviews and off-boarding
  • Develop and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor laws
  • Coordinate payroll processing and employee benefits
  • Plan and execute team-building activities, staff development, and culture initiatives
  • Manage employee relations and resolve workplace issues with empathy and fairness

Accounts & Finance

  • Handle all bookkeeping activities, including data entry, account reconciliation, and expense tracking
  • Prepare monthly financial statements and manage company cash flow
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
  • Ensure tax compliance and liaise with external auditors and regulators
  • Maintain vendor relationships and track all invoices and payments
