## Title: HR and Operations Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and organized HR and Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and support the company's human resources and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth business operations, handle recruitment and employee relations, manage performance, and coordinate key office and facility activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency across all departments
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and staff performance management
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR policies are implemented
- Coordinate administrative and facility management tasks
- Support management in strategic planning and operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and labor regulations
- Prepare reports and updates for management review
- Assist in coordinating project activities and client documentation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR, Operations, or Administration
- Experience in real estate is an advantage
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
