Human Resource Officers

A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview: Our client is seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Officer and Facility Management Officer to support their growing manufacturing operations.  Key Responsibilities: of the Human Resource Officer - Implement and manage HR policies, procedures, and employee records - Support recruitment, onboarding, and documentation of factory and office staff - Manage attendance, shift records, and contract staff documentation - Ensure compliance with labour laws and regulatory requirements within the food manufacturing industry - Work with management to operationalize organizational culture and ensure staff productivity.  - Payroll administration - Handle employee relations issues and provide HR support to factory workers - Support performance management and disciplinary processes - Liaise with external regulators and service providers when required Required Qualifications: & Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field - 2–4 years’ hands-on HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment Only shortlisted candidate will be contacted.  Candidate must be ready for immediate resumption.  Proximity to Arepo, Ogun State, is a strong advantage
