## Title: Human Resources Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Officer with strong operational experience to support the day-to-day HR activities across the organization.

The ideal candidate will ensure seamless execution of HR operations, compliance with company policies, and effective support to both employees and management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all HR operational processes including employee onboarding, documentation, and records management
  • Maintain accurate HR databases, ensuring employee information is up to date on HR systems
  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely remittance of statutory deductions (NHF, NSITF, Pension, PAYE)
  • Coordinate leave administration, attendance tracking, and performance management schedules
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and internal audit requirements
  • Provide administrative support in recruitment, employee welfare, and disciplinary processes
  • Prepare and analyze periodic HR operational reports
  • Partner with finance, IT, and other departments to ensure smooth cross-functional processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience in HR operations or generalist functions
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, Nigerian labor laws, and HR software (e.g., SeamlessHR, Zoho, or BambooHR)
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
