Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to provide comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Professional certification in HR is an advantage
Skills and Competencies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Proficient in HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, payroll)
