A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a group-wide HR strategy aligned with business objectives and long-term growth plans - Oversee talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development across all entities - Design and manage compensation, rewards, and employee engagement frameworks to attract and retain top talent - Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and governance standards while promoting a strong organizational culture - Serve as a strategic counsel to the executive team on all people-related matters, linking HR initiatives to business performance and financial outcomes. - Analyze HR metrics and workforce analytics to provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or any other similar field. - 10–15 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership role - Strong knowledge of HR operations and labour laws - Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
