## Title: Human Resources and Administrative Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Human Resources and Administrative Manager at Megawatts Nigeria Limited in Lagos.

Key Responsibilities

  • Revise and advise on the company's compensation program following the annual appraisal period
  • Create and revise job descriptions annually
  • Conduct annual salary surveys
  • Update the company's salary schedule by the 25th of every month
  • Develop, analyze, and update the employee evaluation program quarterly
  • Develop and revise organizational policies and procedures
  • Maintain and revise the company's policies and procedures handbook
  • Implement benefits administration programs
  • Oversee recruitment efforts for all personnel, including writing and placing job advertisements
  • Conduct new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
  • Maintain department records and reports
  • Oversee exit procedures
  • Update staff directory and organizational charts by close of business daily
  • Participate in administrative staff meetings
  • Maintain affirmative action programs
  • Identify ways to maximize the value of the organization's employees
  • Ensure all human resources are utilized efficiently
  • Oversee all employees in the Human Resources department
  • Prepare and submit the annual report by December 20th

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in human resources
  • Bachelor's Degree in a human resource-related field, including:
    • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Human Resource Management
    • Bachelor of Science/Bachelor of Arts in Management with HR concentration
    • Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
  • Membership in a professional body
  • Master's degree in human resource management (preferred)
