## Title: Human Resources Analyst

Summary

We are looking for an HR Analyst who will be responsible for providing support in various human resources functions, including recruitment, staffing, training and development, and performance management. Responsibilities

  • Lead the team, helping them complete tasks effectively
  • Handle recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing CVs, shortlisting candidates, and participating in interviews
  • Manage onboarding of new employees
  • Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital formats
  • Organize team-building activities, staff engagement sessions, and training programs to help employees grow
  • Prepare clear reports and dashboards that make HR trends and decisions easy to understand
  • Monitor employee performance, retention, and engagement
  • Advise on HR best practices, policies, and process improvements
  • Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks to keep operations smooth
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver HR projects successfully

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • 1–2 years post-NYSC experience in HR operations, HR analytics, or HR consulting
  • Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and HR administration
  • Proven experience leading a team and managing multiple HR projects
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and staff training
  • Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, proactive, and professional approach
  • Outstanding presentation and reporting skills
