Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective human resource policies. - Deploy and automate HR processes using appropriate software tools. - Identify staffing needs and prepare or review job descriptions. - Conduct recruitment exercises and negotiate employment agreements. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices. - Oversee staff onboarding, training, and performance management. - Develop and manage staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage across branches. - Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and dispute resolution. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date staff records and HR documentation. - Manage employee benefits, welfare programs, and professional development initiatives. - Supervise company personnel and drive staff motivation and engagement. - Support management in achieving strategic HR and organizational objectives. Requirements: - Interested candidates should possess a relevant qualifications with a minimum of 2 years relevant HR experience. - Professional HR qualification (e.g., CIPM) from a recognized body will be an added advantage - Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets will be an added advantage - Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. - Commitment to long-term growth with the company. - Willingness to work on some weekends and public holidays when required. - Living within proximity to Ikorodu is an added advantage.
