About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join our team as an HR Supervisor. In this role, you will support the HR function across multiple areas, contributing to organizational success through effective people management and administrative excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes
• Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
• Support employer branding initiatives

Training & Development

• Coordinate learning and development initiatives
• Support career path planning and employee growth
• Promote continuous learning culture

HR Policy & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR regulations
• Conduct periodic audits

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Foster a positive workplace culture
• Support conflict resolution and employee welfare
• Organize engagement programs

Performance Management

• Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems
• Guide managers in conducting evaluations
• Analyze appraisal outcomes

General Administration & Support

• Maintain HR records
• Manage daily administrative tasks
• Execute additional tasks or projects as needed

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• 2-3 years of relevant HR experience
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and HR best practices
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
