Job description
A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent.
Salary: 300,000 - 350,000 Net
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital files).
- Prepare employment letters (offer, confirmation, promotion, disciplinary, etc.).
- Support documentation for new hires and exiting employees.
- Ensure proper filing and documentation in line with audit requirements.
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Collate payroll input data (attendance, leave records, deductions).
- Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
- Liaise with Finance on salary schedules and statutory remittances (PAYE, Pension, NHF, NSITF).
Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure HR processes comply with Nigerian Labour Law and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, leave tracker, etc.).
- Support HR audits and internal compliance checks.
- Monitor leave management and attendance records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3-5 years’ experience in HR administration or HR operations.
- Basic knowledge of Nigerian labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.
