## Title: HR Officer - Performance Management Specialist
Position Overview
A dynamic team is expanding and seeking a talented Performance Management Specialist to design, implement, and continuously improve a robust, data-driven performance management system. The role focuses on setting measurable targets, developing scorecards, tracking performance outcomes, and ensuring alignment between individual, departmental, and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Performance Management Framework
- Design and manage end-to-end performance management systems and cycles
- Develop SMART KPIs, OKRs, and balanced scorecards across roles and departments
- Translate organizational strategy into measurable staff performance targets
- Establish performance measurement standards and evaluation criteria
Target Setting & Monitoring
- Work with leadership and line managers to set annual and periodic performance targets
- Monitor performance progress and provide data-driven insights
- Maintain performance dashboards, scorecards, and analytics
- Identify performance gaps and recommend corrective actions
Appraisal & Review Process
- Coordinate mid-year and annual performance reviews
- Ensure objective, consistent, and documented appraisal outcomes
- Train managers and employees on performance management tools and methodologies
- Support performance-linked rewards, promotions, and improvement plans
Continuous Improvement
- Review and refine performance tools, metrics, and processes
- Benchmark performance practices against industry standards
- Provide management with analytical reports on productivity and performance trends
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Performance Management Specialist
- Formal training and certifications in Performance Management
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems
