HR Manager at White Soul Group

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full spectrum of Human Resource functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training, and development
• Develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's vision, culture, and operational goals
• Support departmental managers with manpower planning, talent acquisition, and employee retention initiatives
• Maintain compliance with labor laws, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
• Manage compensation and benefits administration, employee engagement programs, and disciplinary processes
• Drive initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture, productivity, and continuous improvement
• Prepare periodic HR reports, analytics, and workforce insights to support management decision-making

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Human Resources managerial role
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• HR certifications such as CIPM, SHRM, or PHRi
