HR Manager at Tomato Jos

This is a full-time role for an HR Manager, located in Kaduna, Nigeria. The HR Manager will oversee the development and implementation of human resource policies, manage the recruitment and onboarding process, and ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Other responsibilities include payroll management, training and development initiatives, and fostering a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with the company’s core values. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/managerial role. - Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning - Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, payroll management, and employee relations - Strong skills in organizational development, training, and performance management - Exceptional communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills - High level of professionalism, ethical standards, and ability to maintain confidentiality - Proficiency in HR management software and tools is an advantage - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (HR certifications are a plus) Check how your CV aligns with this job
