## Title: HR Intern
About the Role
Krystal Digital Solutions Limited is seeking a dynamic HR Intern to join our expanding team. You will provide administrative support to the HR department while assisting with recruitment, onboarding, and employee record management.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
- Assist in recruitment activities including posting job adverts, screening CVs, and scheduling interviews
- Support onboarding and orientation of new employees
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Assist in organizing staff engagement activities and trainings
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed
- Provide general support in day-to-day HR operations
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in social sciences (advantageous)
- 0–1 year of work experience (previous HR exposure is a plus but not required)
- Strong interest in Human Resources and people management
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
