## Title: HR Intern / Administrative Associate
Position Overview
Prestigious Consulting Group is a leading recruitment and business consulting firm committed to helping organizations attract, develop, and retain top talent. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Intern to support our remote operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Human Resources, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in HR and administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Post job openings and assist with candidate shortlisting
- Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews
- Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records
- Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and documentation
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
- Participate in HR projects and virtual meetings
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies
Requirements
- B.Sc./HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 0–1 year of HR or administrative experience (internship experience is an advantage)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
