## Title: HR Intern / Administrative Associate

Position Overview

Prestigious Consulting Group is a leading recruitment and business consulting firm committed to helping organizations attract, develop, and retain top talent. We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR/Admin Intern to support our remote operations. The ideal candidate should be passionate about Human Resources, organized, and eager to gain hands-on experience in HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Post job openings and assist with candidate shortlisting
  • Schedule and coordinate virtual interviews
  • Support onboarding processes and maintain employee records
  • Prepare HR-related reports, memos, and documentation
  • Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and correspondence
  • Participate in HR projects and virtual meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies

Requirements

  • B.Sc./HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 0–1 year of HR or administrative experience (internship experience is an advantage)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
  • Reliable internet connection and ability to work independently
