## Title: HR Generalist
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this HR Generalist position.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
- Handle payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and benefits administration
- Maintain employee records and ensure HR policy compliance
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary processes professionally
- Support performance management and training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
- Collaborate with management to drive employee engagement and retention
Requirements
- BSc or HND qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years' experience in a similar HR role
- Strong understanding of HR operations and Nigerian labor laws
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
- Hospitality industry experience is an added advantage
