## Title: HR Documentation Officer

About the Role

Fort Knox Group is expanding its dynamic team and seeking a detail-oriented HR Documentation Officer to manage employee documentation and compliance processes for outsourced staff in Lagos, Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and oversee the completion of onboarding and employment documentation for outsourced staff
  • Verify and securely store all employee documents including offer letters, guarantor forms, IDs, and medical certificates
  • Conduct background checks and verifications (address, guarantor, employment history, etc.) as required
  • Maintain an accurate HR database and ensure data confidentiality
  • Ensure compliance with PENCOM, NSITF, ITF, and tax documentation standards
  • Support audits and prepare periodic documentation and verification reports
  • Collaborate with HR and payroll teams to ensure timely documentation before deployment

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in HR documentation, records management, or HR administration (preferably within an outsourcing or HR services firm)
  • Proven experience conducting background checks (advantageous)
  • Sound knowledge of Nigerian labour and compliance documentation standards
