We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position. Key roles - Track Key HR metrics (recruitment, training, atrition, performance - Turn HR data into useful insights for decision making  - Maintain HR database and dashboards  - Support HR Operations: recruitment, onboarding, L&D, employee engagement  - Contribute to HR projects, process improvements and system upgrades.  Key Requirements - BSc or HND degree  - 1 - 3 years experience in HR or HR analytics  - Strong communication, teamwork and problem solving skills  - Detail Oriented and Tech Savy Check how your CV aligns with this job
