Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Security& Facility Oversight
- Asset, Accommodation & Transport Management
- Licenses and Govt. Administration
- Admin Operations
- Vendor Management
- HR Support such as attendance tracking, schedule onboarding and recruitment, meeting management, record keeping,etc.
Key Deliverables
- Attendance and HRMS dashboard, Visa & License Tracker, Admin Summary Reports.
Qualifications
- B.Sc /HND in a related field with 2 - 3 years experience as an HR / Administrative Officer in a manufacturing company.
- Must have hands- on experience and be ready to resume immediately.
- Candidates living in close proximity to the location are preferred.
Core Focus Areas:
- Attendance, HRMS, expatriate affairs, security, licenses, assets and vendor management.
