## Title: HR & Admin Officer

About Us

Sim Impacting Lives Foundation (SILF) is a registered non-profit organization committed to transforming lives through public health, nutrition, humanitarian response, and empowerment programs.

Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated HR & Admin Officer to join our team in Abuja. This role is responsible for managing day-to-day human resources and administrative operations while supporting our mission-driven work across Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day human resources and administrative operations
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
  • Maintain staff records and ensure compliance with HR policies
  • Oversee office administration, logistics, and supplies
  • Provide HR and administrative support to SILF projects and programs

Requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1–3 years of relevant HR and administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must reside in Karu, Kurudu, Nyanya, or Orozo (Abuja)
