Position Overview:
- Our company is seeking an experienced female HR/Admin Executive to join our Lagos team.
- The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in HR and admin roles, with a relevant degree and certifications (CIPM, etc.) being a plus.
- Female is required for gender balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment, payroll, and employee relations
- Oversee office operations, logistics, and admin tasks
- Support staff welfare and compliance initiatives etc.
Requirements:
- Relevant Degree (HR, Business Admin, etc.)
- 3 - 5 years HR / Admin experience
- Certifications (CIPM, etc.) advantageous
- Ready to start immediately or within 1-2 weeks max (Compulsory)
- Must reside in close proximity to Yaba.
