## Title: Food & Beverage Supervisor

Position Overview

A Food & Beverage Supervisor oversees daily operations in the hotel's restaurants, bars, and banquets. They supervise staff, monitor service quality, and ensure guests receive excellent dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise waiters, bartenders, and support staff during shifts
  • Assign tasks and ensure staff follow hotel standard operating procedures
  • Provide guidance and training to team members
  • Ensure high standards of guest service in all F&B outlets
  • Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate when necessary
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and implement improvements
  • Oversee table setup, service flow, and cleanliness of outlets
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages
  • Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth operations
  • Monitor stock levels of food, beverages, and supplies
  • Assist in ordering and receiving supplies
  • Minimize wastage and report discrepancies
  • Assist in the planning and execution of banquets, conferences, and events
  • Coordinate service staff to ensure seamless guest experience
  • Provide daily shift reports to the F&B Manager
  • Communicate staff performance and operational issues
  • Suggest improvements to enhance service quality
  • Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained
  • Monitor adherence to health regulations and standard operating procedures

Professional Experience

  • Experience in a supervisory role in a hotel, restaurant, or catering environment
  • Knowledge of F&B operations, banquets, and service standards
