A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview: - We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Head of Sales & Marketing to lead our commercial operations, grow revenue, and strengthen Triton’s position in the paints and construction market. - The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and hands-on industry experience. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for paints and construction products - Lead, train, and manage the sales and marketing teams - Set sales targets, KPIs, and performance standards - Identify new distributors, dealers, contractors, and project clients - Drive brand awareness and product penetration in the construction market - Oversee marketing campaigns, promotions, and field activations - Monitor competitor activity and market trends - Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Minimum of 5 years experience in sales and marketing - At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role - Experience in paints, construction materials, or building products is a strong advantage - Strong network within dealers, contractors, and distributors is an added advantage - Proven ability to grow revenue and manage teams - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
