## Title: Head of Human Resources
About the Role
We are seeking a Head of Human Resources who will be responsible for leading the company's Human Resources operations, driving people strategy, and ensuring a healthy, productive, and compliant workplace. This position offers a great opportunity for career growth. The role oversees recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, HR policies, and organizational development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company's HR strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead HR planning, forecasting, and organizational development initiatives
- Provide guidance to leadership on HR best practices, workforce management, and company culture
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
- Build a strong employer brand and ensure efficient hiring practices
- Implement talent development programs, succession planning, and career paths
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions professionally
- Promote teamwork, engagement, and employee wellness programs
- Implement performance appraisal systems and KPIs
- Ensure fair, data-driven evaluation and reward processes
- Support managers in coaching, feedback, and staff development
- Oversee payroll, leave management, HR documentation, and employee records
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements
- Maintain and update HR policies, contracts, and handbooks
- Identify training needs and develop learning programs for all levels
- Organize workshops, skill development sessions, and leadership training
- Track training outcomes and overall workforce development
- Oversee compensation structures, salary reviews, and employee benefits
Requirements
- Minimum 5–10 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and HR best practices
- Excellent communication skills
