About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to lead human resources initiatives within our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development
- Manage employee relations and performance management systems
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal standards
- Lead organizational change and culture-building initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years' HR leadership experience, preferably in manufacturing
- Recognised professional qualification (e.g., CIPM, PHRI, SPHRi)
- Basic HR Management Certificate (e.g., HR Fundamentals or HRBP Essentials)
Key Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability
