## Title: Head of Human Resources
About the Role
An established company is seeking an experienced Head of Human Resources to lead its HR function and drive strategic people management initiatives across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Advisory: Provide advisory services to the management team on aligning the organization's business priorities and challenges with people management practices, leveraging HR expertise, knowledge of best practices, internal environment insights, and emergent trends
- Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement across the organization by supporting the implementation of engagement initiatives and developing tailored interventions at the subsidiary level to address factors contributing to employee apathy and dissatisfaction
- Talent Management: Support and optimize talent management practices including succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and competency management to bridge workforce capability gaps and support overall talent strategy
- HR Transactions and Processes: Provide oversight of day-to-day HR transactions and processes such as payroll, health insurance, and employee records management
- Workforce Risk and Compliance Management: Define and execute effective mitigations for people-related risks with legal or ethical implications, and drive organizational compliance with internal regulations and procedures
- Employee Grievance Resolution: Oversee and manage effective channels for workplace grievance resolution and serve as mediator in multi-party workplace disputes when necessary
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to HR teams toward effective delivery of departmental objectives
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
