About the Role

Bridgegap Consults Limited is recruiting a Head of Human Resources to lead strategic people management initiatives and drive organizational excellence through effective HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Advisory: Provide advisory services to the management team on aligning the organization's business priorities and challenges with people management practices, leveraging HR expertise, knowledge of industry practices, internal environment insights, and emergent trends.
• Employee Engagement: Drive employee engagement across the organization by supporting the implementation of engagement initiatives and developing tailored interventions at the subsidiary level to address employee dissatisfaction and apathy.
• Talent Management: Support and optimize talent management practices including succession planning, leadership development, performance management, and competency management to bridge workforce capability gaps and support company talent strategy.
• HR Transactions and Processes: Provide oversight of day-to-day HR operations including payroll, health insurance, records management, and other administrative functions.
• Workforce Risk and Compliance Management: Define and execute mitigations for people-related risks with legal or ethical implications, and drive organizational compliance with internal regulations and procedures.
• Employee Grievance Resolution: Oversee and manage channels for effective workplace grievance resolution, and mediate multi-party disputes where necessary.
• People Management: Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to teams to ensure effective delivery of the department's objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline
