Key Requirements
- Master degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- must be Chartered by CIPM. (A professional HR certification is an added advantage).
- Minimum of 10 years progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Proven experience managing core HR functions such as employee relations, performance management, recruitment, and HR operations.
Relevant Skills & Knowledge:
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and regulatory compliance.
- Demonstrated experience in organizational development, workforce planning, and succession management
- Proficiency in HRIS/HR software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies, frameworks, and initiatives.
Competencies:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong professional relationships.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to lead change initiatives and manage complex employee issues.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and motivate cross- functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.

- N1,000,000 - N1,200,000 / month.
