About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Guidance Counsellor to join our dynamic team in Ejigbo, Lagos State. The successful candidate will provide guidance and support to students on academic, personal, and social issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counselling sessions
• Develop and implement guidance programs
• Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student well-being
• Maintain accurate records and reports
• Utilize Learning Management Tools (LMT) to support counselling services

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Education, or related field
• Master's degree in Guidance and Counselling (preferred)
• Registration with relevant professional bodies (e.g. Nigerian Psychological Association, Counselling Association of Nigeria)
• 2+ years of experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
• Proficiency in using Learning Management Tools (LMT) or other educational software

Compensation
