Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.
Serve as the face of the hotel, managing guest check-ins, reservations, and front desk operations while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs efficiently.
- Manage calls, emails, and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing.
Requirements / Skills:
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio).
- Strong grooming and customer relations etiquette.
Education / Experience:
- B.Sc / HND in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ front desk or guest relations experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
