Job description
We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordination of Reception, waiting areas to ensure suitable environment and ambience.
- Co-ordination of Guest Relation duties and activities
- Client registration – collect and input all necessary data from the client.
- Accept the client’s mode of payment in line with company policy, collect and register the client’s payment.
- Maintain patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
- Politely guide the client in the direction of the procedure/examination paid for.
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of patient record in expected format.
- Ensure usage of checklist and proper check-out
- Feedback management: Monitor administration of forms and submission.
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
- Protects patients' rights by maintaining confidentiality of personal and financial information.
- Address customer complaints and escalate to Branch operations Manager / Customer Experience Manager
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standard.
- Maintain registration flow by efficiently moving patients through the process.
- Interacts with patients by answering questions, providing information, and keeping the reception area in order.
- Maintains general filing system and files appropriate correspondence electronically or manually.
- Responsible for report generation and dispatch in support of departmental goals and objectives.
- Ensure accurate product knowledge to guide and provide relevant and timely information to clients.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Performs other general administrative tasks as directed by line manager.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc in management science or similar field.
- Minimum of one year experience in similar job role.
- Attention to detail and skill in proper patient identification.
- Time management
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to connect with several types of patients.
