## Title: Front Desk & Customer Service Officer

About the Role

A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent to join as a Front Desk & Customer Service Officer.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a neat and welcoming reception area
  • Handle incoming phone calls, enquiries, and complaints professionally
  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and suppliers
  • Provide accurate information about the company's products and services
  • Process customer orders
  • Record and relay messages promptly to the appropriate departments
  • Manage front office operations, including receiving guests and directing them appropriately
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
  • Assist in processing sales orders and coordinating with production or sales teams

Requirements

  • Minimum of HND/BSc degree in a related field
  • Proven experience in front desk or customer service roles (experience in agriculture is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision
