A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual for this role. Position Overview: - We are seeking a results-driven Field Sales Supervisor to lead and manage a team of field sales representatives. - The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding market presence, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets within assigned territories. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise, mentor, and motivate field sales representatives to achieve sales targets. - Develop and implement effective sales strategies for assigned territories. - Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback. - Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors. - Prepare sales reports and provide market intelligence to management. - Ensure compliance with company policies and sales processes. Requirements: - Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields - Proven experience in field sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Ability to analyze sales data and market trends. - Willingness to travel within assigned territories.
