## Title: Field Sales & Marketing Manager

The Role

This is a field-first, on-ground sales and marketing position focused on driving adoption of VoiceBreeze's AI calling platform across multiple business sectors in Lagos.

Weekly Structure:

  • Mondays: Strategy, planning, and mapping new sectors
  • Tuesday–Friday: Fieldwork — visits, demos, activations, meetings, and follow-ups

Time Allocation: 80% field execution / 20% planning and reporting

This role requires someone who is motivated, confident, and excellent with people.

Key Responsibilities

Field Sales & Market Expansion (80%)

  • Conduct daily physical visits to businesses across multiple sectors
  • Run on-site demonstrations of VoiceBreeze's AI calling platform
  • Identify new industries and business clusters where automated calling solutions are needed
  • Build and maintain a strong on-field sales pipeline
  • Gather customer feedback and coordinate insights with the founder
  • Drive pilot activation and follow up until conversion
  • Submit daily visit reports and weekly progress summaries

Planning & Strategy (20%)

  • Map out key sectors and create weekly expansion plans
  • Track pipeline, performance metrics, and conversion rates
  • Refine product positioning based on real on-ground insights
  • Collaborate with the founder on messaging, pricing, and go-to-market strategy

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of experience in field sales, marketing, or activation
  • Lagos-based or located in any state with a vibrant market, with comfort for daily on-ground mobility
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to engage business owners, managers, and front-office staff
  • Experience in fintech, telecom, microfinance, field marketing, or retail sales (preferred)
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently with clear deliverables
