Export Sales Officer (Shipping & Logistics)

Position Overview: - We’re looking for a commercially driven Export Sales Officer to support export volume growth, strengthen customer relationships, and drive adoption of digital sales solutions within a leading shipping and logistics environment. Responisibilities -  Driving export sales growth through structured client meetings and pipeline development -  Identifying new business opportunities and converting leads into revenue -  Maintaining accurate and up-to-date CRM records -  Promoting digital solutions such as MyMSC, eBL, and Instant Quote -  Retaining and growing existing accounts through proactive engagement and cross-selling -  Supporting pricing discussions with accurate market and trade data -  Collaborating with Trade Managers, Vessel Planners, Customer Service, and Documentation teams -  Ensuring compliance with export processes and maritime regulations Requirements: - Interested candidates should  possess aBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Shipping, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or a related discipline - Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing within a shipping agency - Strong understanding of export processes and maritime operations - Customer-centric mindset with strong relationship management skills - Proficiency in CRM tools, digital platforms, and MS Office.
