## Title: Executive Director - HMO
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Executive Director to join our leadership team at a reputable HMO company. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the organization's strategic direction while providing effective oversight of daily operations. This position blends high-level strategic planning with hands-on management to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and compliance with all regulatory standards.
Strategic Leadership and Planning
- Work closely with the MD/CEO and Board to translate the company's strategic goals into practical business plans
- Drive implementation of approved strategies and monitor progress against performance targets
- Foster a culture of innovation, efficiency, and accountability across all departments
- Provide strategic insight to management and the Board on emerging risks, market opportunities, and policy issues
- Represent the organization at key stakeholder meetings and industry events when delegated
Business Development and Growth
- Lead design and execution of business expansion initiatives to grow the company's market share
- Support product innovation in line with NHIA guidelines and evolving customer needs
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, partners, and healthcare providers to deepen trust and engagement
- Oversee marketing and communication strategies to enhance the company's visibility and reputation
Operational Management
- Ensure smooth, coordinated operation of all functional departments to deliver excellent customer experiences
- Supervise critical business functions such as Claims, Provider Relations, Enrolment, and Administration
- Set clear performance standards and evaluate departmental outcomes against agreed KPIs
- Promote process improvements and technology use to increase operational efficiency
- Support staff development and succession planning for key roles
Compliance and Governance
- Ensure the company operates fully in line with NHIA regulations
