Responsibilities
- Kitchen Leadership & Staff Management: Lead, supervise, and train all kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Menu Planning & Food Quality Control: Develop menus and ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Food Cost & Inventory Control: Manage food costs, portion control, and inventory to minimize waste and losses.
- Hygiene, Safety & Compliance: Enforce food safety, sanitation, and health regulations at all times.
- Event & Banquet Coordination: Plan and execute food services for banquets, events, and special functions.
- Guest Satisfaction & Culinary Innovation: Respond to guest feedback and introduce new culinary ideas to enhance the guest experience.
Salary
N750,000 / month.
