## Title: Executive Assistant to the Managing Director

About the Role

JNC International Limited is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Managing Director. This is a key position requiring a highly organized, detail-oriented professional capable of managing complex priorities and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the day-to-day operations of the Managing Director's office
  • Manage the MD's calendar, meetings, priorities, and follow up on action items
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, briefs, and presentations
  • Conduct business analysis and prepare periodic performance and status reports
  • Monitor projects and coordinate special assignments on behalf of the MD
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate meetings and engagements
  • Support policy development, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and corporate governance processes
  • Assist with Board and Annual General Meeting (AGM) documentation and ensure governance compliance
  • Provide personal assistance support, including travel arrangements and scheduling
  • Handle sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (MBA or postgraduate degree is an added advantage)
  • Minimum of 4 years' experience as an Executive Assistant supporting senior or C-level executives
  • Strong business analysis, reporting, and presentation skills
  • Good understanding of corporate strategy, key performance indicators (KPIs), and performance management frameworks
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in project coordination, event management, and process administration
  • Financial awareness, including basic understanding of profit and loss statements
  • Knowledge of corporate governance and compliance processes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, leadership ability, and commitment to confidentiality
