## Title: District Sales Executive
About the Role
An established company is recruiting for a District Sales Executive to drive business development and sales growth in the ATC/Oyo district. This is a high-impact position with significant advancement opportunities, including potential promotion to a managerial role within 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify market opportunities and position the company to capitalize on them
- Market and sell professional trainings and courses to new clients
- Develop new market opportunities for additional product volumes from current and future operating areas
- Mobilize clients for professional training programs
- Implement the company's business development strategies
- Communicate with existing clients while developing new relationships to grow company revenue
- Participate in forums, client discussions, and conferences as an organizational representative
- Facilitate organizational development activities such as strategic planning and team building
- Lead all marketing, business development, and sales initiatives to identify and develop new clients and maximize sales with existing accounts
- Organize training activities for the company
- Develop long-term client sources through referrals and networking
- Approach potential clients through mailings and phone solicitations
- Attend all scheduled team meetings at appointed locations
- Report to the Corporate Sales Representative
Required Qualifications
- Minimum HND/B.Sc or M.Sc qualification
- 1-3 years of marketing experience
- Must be a resident of Lagos
Preferred Qualifications
- Sales experience within the NYSC environment
- Strong ability to work with minimal or no supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong decision-making abilities
Compensation
Very attractive commissions and bonus structure.
