## Title: Digital Sales Manager – E-Commerce

Position Overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to lead and manage the company's digital sales operations across all online platforms — including the MyKiaKia.com website, WhatsApp Business, social media stores, and B2B client channels — with the goal of driving revenue growth, conversion optimization, and customer retention.

The role requires a data-driven, creative, and highly organized professional capable of bridging sales, marketing, and technology to deliver measurable growth.

Key Information

  • Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Head of Operations
  • Work Type: Full-Time (On-site / Hybrid)
  • Location: Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Plan, execute, and achieve monthly and quarterly digital sales targets
  • Develop and manage online campaigns, discounts, and promotional sales
  • Track order performance and ensure conversion rate optimization
  • Coordinate with warehouse and operations to ensure product availability and delivery timelines

E-Commerce Platform Management

  • Manage all digital listings: product images, pricing, and descriptions on MyKiaKia.com
  • Maintain product accuracy and ensure synchronization between inventory and online catalog
  • Supervise order processing from cart to payment, dispatch, and confirmation
  • Work closely with the tech team to resolve website issues and ensure uptime

Digital Marketing Coordination

  • Work with the marketing team to launch and monitor paid campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google
  • Implement remarketing, cart abandonment recovery, and customer retargeting campaigns
  • Measure ROI on campaigns and report insights to management

Customer Relationship & CRM

  • Supervise WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, and email response teams
  • Track leads, inquiries, and close rates daily
  • Maintain customer data and follow-up lists through CRM tools
  • Coordinate after-sales communications
