## Title: Customer Service Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Customer Service Officer to support our online and offline customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage social media posting schedules across Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Create engaging and appropriate video content
  • Escalate and resolve customer complaints professionally
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and process customer accounts
  • File and organize documents accurately

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum OND qualification
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to work with diverse personalities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proximity to Ikeja area
