Salary

₦150,000 Monthly Gross

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer feedback, reporting, and complaints
  • Handle escalations appropriately
  • Manage gift vouchers and loyalty reward programs

Requirements

  • OND, Trade Test, or Technical Training qualification
  • 1-5 years of work experience
