## Title: Customer Service and Debt Recovery Officer
About the Role
Sixthlab Medical Nigeria Limited is seeking a qualified Customer Service and Debt Recovery Officer to join our team in Lagos. You will serve as a key point of contact for our clients while managing customer relationships, scheduling operations, and ensuring timely payment collection.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Client Experience
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients (hospitals, labs, diagnostic centres)
- Respond promptly to enquiries, complaints, and service requests
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients
- Ensure excellent customer experience across all interactions
Scheduling & Coordination
- Schedule equipment installations, preventive maintenance visits, and service interventions
- Assign clients to engineers based on urgency, location, and availability
- Confirm appointments and follow up on completion to ensure client satisfaction
- Track installation progress and escalate delays where necessary
Debt Recovery & Payment Follow-up
- Monitor outstanding invoices and overdue payments
- Communicate professionally with clients to ensure timely invoice payment
- Follow up on repayment timelines at due dates to prevent client defaults
- Keep detailed records of follow-up communication and payment commitments
- Work with Finance to reconcile payments and update account status
Reporting
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer service activities, client feedback, installation status, and debt recovery performance
- Maintain accurate client and transaction records
Requirements
- B.Sc Degree or HND in Business, Social Sciences, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, debt recovery, administrative support, or similar roles
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and strong interpersonal abilities
- Strong follow-up ability and proven client relationship management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple clients simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or medical equipment sales is advantageous
Compensation
N100,000 - N120,000 per month
