## Title: Corporate Sales Trainee Associate

Job Summary

The Corporate Sales Trainee Associate is responsible for managing assigned business portfolios, including prospective accounts within the designated territory/region. This role focuses on revenue protection, securing new revenue within ipNX's existing client base, and identifying new clients and business opportunities within the assigned territory/region. In addition to driving revenue growth, the successful candidate will ensure excellent client experience and service delivery satisfaction at all times.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet agreed revenue targets within defined timeframes and develop structured plans to achieve objectives
  • Manage and oversee multiple accounts within the territory/region portfolio
  • Drive achievement of cold call targets and ensure 100% completion of signed SLAs and JCCs
  • Facilitate smooth transition of all clients to relevant account teams
  • Deliver excellent customer relationships and maintain high service standards
  • Log all customer complaints with support and work collaboratively to ensure quick resolution and SLA compliance
  • Ensure new business with existing customers is provisioned within agreed timeframes

Required Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, Sales, or related disciplines
  • 0-2 years of post-NYSC experience
  • Minimum post-NYSC industry experience
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
  • Strong intellectual, analytical, and creative abilities with capacity to learn quickly and propose innovative solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
