Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of SSCE / OND in any relevant field.
- Must not be above 21 years of age.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre, or front-desk roles is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Customer-focused attitude with a positive mindset.
