## Title: Business Development Executive & Executive Assistant
About the Role
A reputable organization seeks a dedicated individual to drive growth opportunities while providing essential support to senior leadership. This dual-focused position combines business development responsibilities with executive assistance, requiring strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels
- Conduct industry research and competitor analysis
- Prepare proposals, business presentations, and marketing materials
- Follow up on leads and maintain communication with prospective clients
- Perform business development unit (BDU) follow-up activities
- Support the preparation of weekly and monthly BDU reports
Executive Support
- Manage the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules
- Prepare briefs, minutes, correspondence, and reports
- Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information
Content Creation & Social Media Support
- Create and post content on company social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, and others)
- Draft captions, short videos, and branded updates
- Support the BDU team with content ideas and execution
- Track engagement metrics and provide report summaries
Administrative & Coordination Duties
- Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and key business contacts
- Assist with travel arrangements and logistics as required
- Support project timelines and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, executive assistant duties, or digital content creation
- Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and priorities effectively
